What are your
wedding packages?
|
We have no set
wedding packages. We let each bridal couple custom-create their own
wedding program. This way, couples only purchase items that they
want.

How many hours
will the photographer be with us?
|
Alwyn Studios
has no hourly time limits. We will be with each couple for as long
as they need us on their wedding day. We generally begin the day at
the bride's house approximately 1 1/2 hours prior to the ceremony, and we
usually leave at the conclusion of the bouquet and garter series.

Can I meet my
photographer before my wedding?
|
We encourage
each couple to meet with their photographer just prior to the
wedding. At this meeting, the bride and groom will discuss all of
the final details of their wedding, and make any specific requests.

What happens
if my photographer gets sick or has an accident just before my wedding?
|
One of Alwyn
Studio's photographers serves as the "on-call" or
"back-up" photographer each weekend. It is the job of that
photographer to be ready to take over for any other photographer in case
of an emergency.

What happens
if a camera or other equipment breaks down at my wedding?
|
Each of our
photographers has at least 2 of every piece of equipment with him at the
wedding. If something breaks, the "on-call" photographer
is called upon. He is equipped with a cell phone, a case filled with
additional equipment, and a schedule for each wedding for that
weekend. In case of an equipment malfunction, the
"on-call" photographer will bring out the necessary equipment.

What other
costs or fees am I expected to pay?

Alwyn Studios
has a "no-fee" policy. The only costs that the bridal
couple pay are for the products that they purchase. There is a no
hourly fee, no camera fee, no sitting fee, no photographer fee, and
generally, no mileage fee.

|
Are there any
mileage restrictions?
|
Alwyn Studios
does not charge any mileage fee if the wedding and reception take place in
the Greater Rochester area. We will service weddings from
Canandaigua to Batavia without a mileage fee. Beyond those
boundaries, a small mileage fee is assessed and given directly to the
photographer to cover his gasoline and any wear and tear on his car.

When will my
pictures be ready?
|
Wedding proofs
are ready 7-12 days after the wedding. The finished wedding album is
ready approximately 10 weeks after the order is placed.
